RETURN POLICY

Is something not quite right? Don’t worry, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you can return the item(s) for free within 30 days of delivery.

Your watch must:
– Be returned within 30 days of delivery.
– Be unworn & returned in original condition.
– Have all tags, and plastic stickers attached.
– Include the original packaging. 

 

PAUL VALENTINE WARRANTY

Paul Valentine has a limited warranty that covers manufacturer's defects for two years after the original purchase date from an authorised dealer. Basically, if the watch parts or mechanics don't work properly, and it's our fault, we will repair or replace your product for free. However, this does not cover any abuse you might put your watch through on your own. The warranty does not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, batteries, accidental glass damage, scratches, strap damage, or theft. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so please keep your receipt. If you consider your item to be faulty, please contact our customer service via customercare@paul-valentine.com, we will be in contact with you as soon as possible. Thank you!
